Dunroven’s instruction program is dedicated to teaching the art of horsemanship based on classical principles. Our students include children and adults, beginners to advanced. We work within your comfort zone to achieve your goals. Whether cantering outside for the first time, or preparing for a recognized horse trial, we are dedicated to developing educated and skilled riders while having a fun time doing it.

Private and small group lessons are offered for the beginning rider in balance seat, and for the more experienced rider, in dressage and eventing. Dunroven's school horses are all experienced and successfull show horses with kind dispositions perfect for teaching students the art of riding. Dunroven's school horses are available for leasing to those interested in more riding time. Dunroven has a Riding Club with monthly unmounted meetings on horse related topics including guest speakers and field trips. Our students participate in a variety of activities off the farm including pace events, beach rides and showing in dressage and eventing at both the local and recognized shows.
